Non-Profit Groups
Non-profit groups that want to use our facilities should submit a copy of their non-profit letter from the IRS, a copy of their tax exempt status with the state and their mission statement and a letter outlining what it is your group will do at our facility.
We make every effort to see that Youth Groups, and Local Community organizations receive first priority for approval.
We will make every effort to accommodate every group applying to use our facilities.
Each request must go before our executive board for review and approval.
Cost if any to use hall will vary depending on the type of event you wish to hold.
Please allow us two weeks to approve your request.
