Alumni Travis Collins started all 3 games for U-Albany with their series vs. Longwood. In first game, he had a bases clearing triple and single. The second game a base hit and in the third game, a 2 run home run.

Travis is one of the only local players in his year to play and start for a division one ball team. Congratulations.

OF AMERICAN LEGION BASEBALL

To inculcate in youth a better understanding of the American way of 

life and to promote the principles of 100 percent Americanism.

 

To instill in the nation’s youth a sincere desire to develop within

themselves a feeling of citizenship, sportsmanship, loyalty and team spirit

 

To aid in the improvement and development of the physical fitness of

our country’s youth.

  ITEMS THAT NEED TO BE BROUGHT TO THE MEETING  
1.  Read the team rules and contract on this site.  Print out the form.  Parent and player must sign, date and bring to the meeting.
2.

Click on the Player Indemnification Agreement Form.  Fill out, print out, and complete all signatures.  Leave the enrollment numbers blank.  Team name is Gershkoff Auto Body Auburn Post 20.  You do not need to have a notary stamp.

3. Please print and fill out the Player Profile Sheet
4. Senior Team only: Bring a check made out to: Gershkoff Baseball Club for $250.00 dollars.
Junior Team only: Bring a check made out to: Dave Rathbun for $250.00 dollars.
5.  Senior Team only: Please print and fill out Release from Liability and Hold Harmless and Agreement and Army Sports Camp forms.

Senior Legion: Cranston/Johnston/Scituate 17U ABL League , pre-fall Umpire Tournament and Firecracker Labor Day Tournament.

Junior Legion Scituate 16 ABL League

 Potential 2018 15U league which will not interfere with local Senior League and Babe Ruth leagues.

PLAYER WORKOUTS (optional additional costs)

We are partnering with Former Gershkoff Legion Alumni Matt Hopkins sending our players to the Baseball Center of NE/HOPS for workouts.

Offerings include PT & Agility Training as well as Hitting and Pitching Training. Matt will offer our players free baseline with HITTRAX

 

Scheduled workouts may include:

1. Summer - 4 check- ins at facility during season

2. Fall- workout on weekend opposite DH game days
